PHOTOGRAPHS
Existing JPEGs in assets/ predate this redesign and are retained unchanged.
Their earlier demo attribution mentions The Chef's Hut and Google Maps
contributors, including Cory Gant, Dorothy Thurman, R Reed and Caitlin O'Connor.
The project does not contain an authoritative author/license mapping per file.
These names are historical source credits, not proof of permission.
Current Essential images are DEMO_APPROVED by the user's asset-policy correction
for Chef's Hut proposals and internal visual review. Canonical asset status,
source paths, current usage and hashes: ../assets/manifest.json.
This is internal demo authorization, not a license or publication/delivery clearance.
No attached mockup pixels or generated historical photographs are used.
The final-polish instruction explicitly authorizes reusing the locked Essential
AI-generated breakfast concept for Premium Home Hero only. Its illustrative
disclosure remains on-screen. It is not a documentary photo of the restaurant.

Premium uses the approved cinnamon roll, chicken fried steak, biscuits/gravy,
interior, sidewalk sign and storefront photographs in 17 image slots, plus the locked illustrative Home Hero (18 total).
The build checks DEMO_APPROVED status and content hash before rendering.
Unverified legacy photos remain UNKNOWN and are not introduced into Premium.
Customer delivery, customer-operated sites, commercial publication and reuse
for other companies require separate clearance. No new photos were downloaded.

REVIEWS
The two exact quotes and author names are preserved from the approved Essential
page, which cites Google review excerpts. No additional legacy Premium reviews
or review star ratings were inferred. Rating/count are dated, not live.
